Seeking: Single assets and portfolios
Property Type: Retail, office and flex / industrial property
Size: Over 20,000 square feet
Minimum Price: $5 million
Maximum Price: $200 million
Development and Redevelopment
Seeking: Vacant land and underutilized assets
Size: Over 20,000 square feet
Minimum Price: $5 million
Maximum Price: $50 million
